Delph Group, part of Delph Property Group (delphpropertygroup.com) is privately owned and specialises in acquiring and letting new residential properties. We've been around for over 50 years and we currently own over 1,000 residential properties throughout the UK.

Our team are all residential property specialists with many years' experience in the sector and we're a fully independent resourced group capable of buying large numbers of new build properties. Our size means we secure the best bulk price for a development and sometimes unit numbers in excess of our own requirements. We are thus able to offer any surplus onto you - our customer - at a highly competitive price. And we only buy in places where medium to long term capital growth will be the highest.

So what makes us different? Fundamentally we invest where you invest. We're not a property club so the only money you spend is for your property or the usual costs associated with buying. Most important of all unlike house builders or developers we retain a substantial proportion of what we buy for our own portfolio. In short we're committed to the long term.
