Before buying, we negotiate with the developer to improve the interior specification to a benchmark, professional investor standard.
Consequently, every Delph property is ready for occupation once finished.
This brand new, low maintenance interior specification is specifically designed for the property investor as opposed to the 'DIY' landlord.
It also means we can invest anywhere in the country, taking advantage of rising values where they occur.
Every property we offer our customers will be fully finished to high standards embracing walls, floors, lighting, heating and general decoration including tiling.
Each will have a comprehensively equipped fitted kitchen, bathroom, and where relevant, shower room. Fitted wardrobes will be included in the master bedroom,
and there will also be a minimum of audio-entry security.
Other factors we take into account include good natural light (which we often work with the developer on optimising), well planned, useable interior layouts,
garages or allocated parking and outside space in the form of a terrace, balcony or juliette balcony (where available). |
