Achieving maximum lettings potential

A key decision in whether to invest in any scheme is its lettings potential. Every scheme is treated as a unique opportunity and judged on its own merits. Location is everything, and we'll only consider properties with good transport links, close proximity to a town or city centre, convenient access to local amenities and a good immediate environment and aspect.

We liaise with an extensive network of local estate agents, acquiring information on comparable lettings values, as well as a wealth of knowledge on local likes and dislikes. We research thoroughly online, and, more importantly, on the ground.

In most locations we'll buy one bedroom or two bedroom, two bathroom properties to attract sharing tenants. And to achieve the best rental yield, our properties will be of the optimum size and, of course, be priced accordingly.
