Benefiting from capital growth
Potential capital growth is key to our decision to purchase. Of course this means seeking out excellent value but we also consider buying only into locations, towns or cities which have an excellent chance of outperforming the market.
We look to take advantage of a range of growth factors which include: large scale regeneration projects that can transform an area; transport upgrades; improving employment prospects (often through relocating companies), and the demand associated with a successful or expanding university or college - all factors that add value to the scheme.
